The question I've been asked the most

Eleni - Curious what you're up to now.

Julia - What are you up to these days?

Paul - Are you doing any mentoring? I have an opportunity I need some mentoring on.

Geoff - What are you up to?

Kylie - I’ve been enjoying your blogs thank you! Do you take on coaching clients?

Ronnie - Curious what you are focused on now?

And there’s more, but that’s enough to give you a taste. Thanks to everyone who’s asked some version of what I’m doing with myself.

Over the last two years I’ve gone from big events and lots of people, delivered on-line, to the exact opposite.

If you’ve been paying attention you’ll know that I’m now teaching meditation courses. My meditation practice is the foundation for my life and work, and I am thrilled that I get to share it.

Apart from that, most of my work is mentoring, one-on-one and in-person rather than over Zoom. It’s what I love doing, it brings together everything I’ve worked on for the last thirty years, I feel like I’m in my genius, and it makes a big difference to people.

There is a very special, small cohort I’m working with on their journey of growing their businesses from $1M to $5M.

But mostly my mentoring is a half-day, one-off session here in Warrandyte, Melbourne. (With some prep, a setup conversation and some follow-up.)

Please indulge me when I unpack what this looks for a couple of paragraphs in case it’s something for you.

The first half of the process is to help work out what you truly want, in your business, but also in the rest of your life. Relationships, wellbeing, money etc. Most of us haven’t taken the time and space to get really clear about what we want. What’s the game we should be playing.

The answers to these questions can set the context of your business and your life for the next five to ten years. And there’s some magic that happens when we get this right. When we are really, really clear on what we want, where we are going, the game we are playing, the universe seems to line up for us.

The second half is more strategic. How do you get what you want? What are the projects, beliefs, decisions, habits, and actions that will get you there.

It’s profound, life-affirming and life-changing.

I love it.
