I’ve got a new podcast!
It’s with my good friend Lisa O’Neill. We used to work together running Thought Leaders Business School until I left five years ago. (Five years! How did that happen?)
Towards the end of last year we were texting about how we don’t speak enough, and then I sent this message:
And a couple of months later here we are.
We’re both so excited!
Lisa came up with a genius title … Business Matters. Because business matters … and also because we’re talking about business matters. I feel like I’ve just explained the joke which you already got. Sorry.
If you don’t know Lisa, you’re in for a treat. She’s super smart, generous to a fault (just ask my kids), full of heart, and hilarious — like stand-up-comedy-level funny.
We’re also polar opposites in a lot of ways. She’s a raving extrovert. Me … not so much. I’m known for my pauses and silences. Lisa … not so much. Excel is my happy place, and I used to have to insert pictures of squirrels into slide decks just to get her to look at the numbers. (That’s probably a story for one of our episodes.) She’s into fashion, fabrics, colours, and style. I wear just black.
And we have a lot of respect and affection for each other.
Lisa posted a teaser on LinkedIn and the response was a little overwhelming.
