Ami (who just started school this week … big week for us) is very big on what’s her style. She won’t use her sleeping bag because black and green isn’t her style (luckily I found an old purple one in the shed).
Here’s a recent conversation we had about dresses.
Pete: Would you prefer a comfortable dress or a beautiful dress?
Ami: I would choose a beautiful and comfortable dress.
Pete: But what if you had one comfortable dress that was ugly and one beautiful dress that was uncomfortable? Then what would you choose?
Ami: I would never have an ugly dress.
Smart girl.
Why have an ugly dress in your life? Or an ugly mug? Or an ugly picture?
