Let's say you have a program coming up and you know 30 people that think would be a good fit to do the program. 30 People you could approach.

Pick five of them. Then call those five. Or send them personalised, thoughtful, individual emails. Take a moment to actually picture the person and get in their world before you do. Have the intention to serve.

Then you're done for the day. Give yourself a pat on the back, and move onto whatever is next.
